The Stayter Foundation was founded by Kwasi Siaw, an entrepreneur and sports executive with a deep passion for youth development. The foundation collaborates with experienced professionals, mentors, and institutions to provide young talent with the best possible opportunities for growth.

The Stayter Foundation supports young talent through:

• Scholarships & Sponsorships – Covering costs for trials, education, and career development.

• Training & Development Programs – Partnering with coaches, academies, and industry professionals to provide expert training.

• Mentorship & Guidance – Connecting young athletes and creatives with experienced mentors.

• The Stayter Talent Development Fund – A dedicated fund that finances opportunities for Ghanaian youth in multiple sports and creative fields.

100% of donations go directly to funding scholarships, training programs, and development initiatives. Funds are used to cover educational fees, travel for trials and auditions, equipment, and mentorship programs to ensure young talent has the resources they need to succeed.

One of our main partners is HC Talent Management, which helps secure professional opportunities for athletes. We are also working on forming partnerships with schools, academies, and corporate sponsors to expand our impact.
